Black Powder Ski Festival (BPSF) – Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Black Powder Ski Festival website or purchasing tickets, you agree to the following:

1. Tickets & Admission

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds except if the event is canceled.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by BPSF.
• Valid photo ID and e-ticket/QR code are required for entry.
• Re-entry policies may vary by venue.

2. Conduct & Participation

• BPSF may deny entry or remove any attendee for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow venue rules.
• Professional photography, videography, or drone use requires prior written approval.
• Attendees assume all risks associated with event activities, including travel and recreational participation.

3. Media & Intellectual Property

• All event content, branding, and materials are owned by The Black Powder Movement, LLC.
• By attending, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording for promotional and marketing use by BPSF and its affiliates.

4. Vendors & Sponsors

• Vendors and sponsors must follow all agreements, festival rules, and applicable laws.
• Unauthorized vending or brand activations are prohibited.

5. Liability

• BPSF is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage before, during, or after the event.
• BPSF’s total liability, if any, is limited to the ticket price paid.

6. Force Majeure

BPSF is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
