By accessing or purchasing tickets through the Black Powder Festival (BPF) website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing and Admission

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds except in the case of event cancellation.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by BPF.
  • Attendees must present valid photo ID and e-ticket/QR code upon entry.
  • Re-entry policies may vary by venue and event type.

2. Event Conduct

  • BPF reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance with venue rules.
  • Professional photography, video recording, or drones require prior written approval.
  • Attendees assume all risks related to event participation, including travel, sports, or recreational activities.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All event branding, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of The Black Powder Movement, LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.
  • By attending, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording for promotional use by BPF and affiliates.

4. Vendors and Sponsors

  • Vendors and sponsors must comply with signed agreements, applicable laws, and festival guidelines.
  • Unauthorized vending or brand activation is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • BPF, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for your ticket.

6. Force Majeure

BPF shall not be liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
